Review: The Synergy of Hair Transplant and Scalp Tattoo! - Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) in Seoul!

*This post is a translation of a review from one of our real patients in Korea!*

It’s been exactly one year since I had my hair transplant with Dr. Lee Hyung-Min at Seojin Plastic Surgery, and I’m so happy with the results that I decided to write my very first clinic review!

Before

I think my hair loss started about 5–6 years ago. 😢My hairline began to recede into a pronounced M-shape, and at first, I thought it was just stress or fatigue making my hair fall out.

Then one day, I noticed the M-shape clearly forming…That’s when I decided I needed to get a hair transplant before it got worse. I’d had consultations at other clinics before, but after learning how well-known Dr. Lee was, I booked a consultation at Seojin.

My main concerns were my hairline and the parting at the crown. But after examining me, Dr. Lee told me I don't need surgery for the crown area and that a scalp tattoo (micropigmentation) would be enough. I ended up getting a hair transplant for my hairline and micropigmentation for the parting. Now, a year later, I’m beyond satisfied with the results.

Day 358 Post-Op

I chose Seojin because they don’t push unnecessary treatments, and during the consultations they were incredibly kind and detailed, which made me trust them more. On top of that, their post-surgery care program is excellent, and you can tell they’re well-prepared with the patient’s best interest in mind.

Hair loss can happen to anyone, so it’s something to keep an eye on. If you’re considering a hair transplant, I’d genuinely and carefully recommend Seojin Plastic Surgery. 😊
